• Vessel Rotators up to 30 ton.
• Welding manipulators.

Hi-Tech has invested in high quality and state of the art welding processes that ensure compliance with welding requirements.

• Orbimatic Orbital Tube to Tube Sheet welding.
• Lincoln Square Wave sub arc (1000Amp) fitted to 5m x 5m column and boom.
• Lincoln Cruiser for internal welds and large plate joints.
• Lincoln Surface Tension Transfer welding.
• Welding thickness range: 3mm – 60mm.
• Welding Procedures: Carbon steel , low and intermediate alloy (All groups) , 316L ,304L 904L ,SAF2205 and LDX 2101
• Tube expanding up to 75mm.
